Prayers Appreciated

Please keep my dad in your prayers, along with my stressed-out mom, for the next few days. Dad will be going into Southeast Hospital in Cape at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow morning to have a pacemaker/defibrilator put in. I guess all of those years of smoking like a chimney are finally catching up with him. He's never managed to stop, no matter how many times he's tried. We're all headed to Cape. Yes, we know it is routine surgery, but we would all feel awful if we weren't there and something happened and Mom was alone. For all of my Cape friends, sorry I won't be able to see you all, but this isn't a fun trip. If you feel the need, stop by and see us at the hospital. I figure we'll be there most of the day tomorrow.
