Wedding planning, much like marriage, is all about compromise, or so I hear (about the marriage part that is)! While Jen and my mom felt the dress I picked out was too casual, they did like the Alfred Angelo site, (thanks Brooke!). Here is the one Jen chose along with going for a darker color. Now comes the heinous measuring and fittings! Oh well, this is the last bridesmaid's dress I'm wearing, ever.

I wanted to get my girls the blouse like you originally picked out or sweater sets, but I was a little ahead of time on that one...back in 99, that was like the impossible dream and the only way to get them was to pay an arm and a leg. I remember finding shrugs and thinking at least that could later be a useful piece and my aunt said it wouldn't be flattering on one of my cousins. (But the strapless yellow satin gown her sister later picked out was? But I digress...I love them even if they are silly)
So, I hope you enjoy your last bridesmaid dress! :)
